Bank of Turtle Lake provides online banking services to their customers to allow for a more full banking experience. With 24 hour service available, customers are able to complete their banking tasks, in most cases, at their own discretion any day of the week. If a banking customer would like to review their account information, they may use a computer and/or any bank supported mobile device.
Bank of Turtle Lake was established as a small community bank and maintains that status today. Although they are a small, North Dakota, community bank, they share features that are often found with larger national banking systems. If a customer would like to login to their account, they may do so by logging in from the home page with a Login ID and Password.
How To Login
Step 1 – Go to www.btlnd.com – Once you reach the home page, on the left middle portion of the page, click “Log In” button.
Step 2 – After you click log in, you will reach the “Login to User” page. Enter your Login ID. Click “Submit”
Step 3 – As you submit your login information, you will then be guided to the User Password page where you will first verify your security image and then enter your password. Continue your login process by clicking “Submit.”
Fogotten Password – If you’re not able to remember your password, you may begin the password reset process by going to the “Password Page Self Reset” page.
Complete the required fields for a secure reset for your password. Click “Continue.” From here you will be prompted, privately, to complete your security steps and reset your password. Once complete you will regain access to your online banking services.
How To Enroll
Step 1 – If you’re ready to enroll in online banking services, you must access the home page and click the “Sign Up” button, located just below the “Log In” button in the middle of the page. You will be guided to the sign up page.
Step 2 – You must begin by reading the “Online Banking Agreement.”
Step 3 – Next, you will need to print and complete the “Online Banking Authorization Form” While providing this information, you should realize also, that by signing this page, you are agreeing to the Terms and Conditions you read.
Step 4 – Finally, you will need to print and complete the Bill Payment Application
Step 5 – As you read and complete these documents, you may mail or walk the documents into the bank for review and account set up.
