U.S Bancorp (US Bank) is headquartered in Minneapolis, Minnesota and currently serves members in 25 states located in the West and Midwest of the country. Today, it is considered the fifth largest bank in the United States (based on deposits) which should not come as a surprise considering the bank currently has over 3,174 branches, 5,005 ATMs, and employs over 65,000 people. The bank specializes in serving individuals, businesses, and the government. A very useful feature the bank offers in regards to mortgages is an online site that members can sign up for. The online tool allows members to make payments on their loan, set up an auto-pay for the mortgage, and many more useful mortgage options.
