They provide customers with the opportunity to access their account through an Online Banking feature. Users can perform various bank transactions such as Bill Pay, ordering checks, and transfer of funds. This feature can be used through computer, smart phone, and/or tablet.
How to Login
Step 1 – Go to Union Bank’s Website and enter your User ID on the left hand side of the page, then click Sign On.
Forgot User ID/Password – If you have forgotten either your User ID or Password, you must click User ID or Password Help. This will bring you to a page that provides solutions to recovering your User ID/Password. If you forgot your User ID, click the recover your User ID link. You will then be prompted to enter the last 8 digits of your Card Number, your 4 digit PIN Number, and Zip Code. If you forgot your Password, you will be asked to provide your User ID. Once you’ve enter your User ID, click Next and you will be on your way to recovering your Password.
How to Enroll
Step 1 – Go to Union Bank’s Enrollment Webpage and choose if you want to sign up using your Debit/ATM card and PIN, Telephone Banking PIN, or there is an option if you have neither. Select which one applies to you, then click Next.
Step 2 – If you chose Debit/ATM card and PIN, enter the last 8 digits of your Debit/ATM Card Number, 4 digit PIN Number, and Zip Code. Once all information has been entered, click Next.
