This strength of the customer becomes the bank`s strength. The bank provides its service from branches all across Illinois with 59 branches and now customers can use the online account. Customers use the bank services at their own convenience from a computer or mobile device. The online account access is as secure as visiting a branch bit with the ease and speed associated with the internet.
How To Log In
Step 1 – If a user wants to login they need to visit the bank`s Homepage and hover their cursor over `Account Sign-In` towards the top right of the page. A drop down menu will appear and from the top of this the user must click on `Online Banking`.
Step 2 – The user must now enter their `Heartland Bank Online ID` and then click `Submit`.
Forgotten User ID/Password
If the user can not remember any of their login details they will need to contact the bank. This is possible either by going to visit their `Bank Branch` or by calling them on 1-888-897-2276.
How To Enroll
Step 1 – If a user wants to enroll they need to visit the bank`s Homepage and hover their cursor over `Account Sign-In` towards the top right of the page. A drop down menu will appear and from the top of this the user must click on `Online Banking`.
Step 2 – The user must now click the link `Enroll`.
Step 3 – Now the user needs to click the link `I Agree` to show they understand the bank`s terms and conditions.
Step 4 – Now the user must enter their `Social Security Number` and `Account Number` and then click `Continue`
