How To Log In
Step 1 – If a user wishes to log in they must go to the bank`s Homepage and enter their `Username` and `Password` at the top of the screen and then click `Login`.
Forgotten User ID/Password
Step 1 – If a user can not remember their login details they must click on the link at the top of the homepage `Forgot Username Or Password`.
Step 2 – Next the user must click the link `Forgot User ID And Password`,
Step 3 – Now the user must enter their `Card Number`, `Country`, `Id Number` and `PIN` Then they must enter the randomly generated code and then click `Continue`.
How To Enroll
Step 1 – To enroll users must look to the top of the bank`s homepage and click on the link here called `Register`.
Step 2 – Next the user must select the type of login credentials they require, for example `I Do Not Have A Card And PIN`.
Step 3 – The user is required to check the box to say they agree to the bank`s terms and conditions, then complete the `Blank Fields` and then click `Continue`.
