First Federal Savings Online Banking is a facility offered by the bank to it`s existing customers who would like to manage their accounts online. This is easily done using any computer or mobile device like a tablet or smartphone where ever the user has access to the internet. The usual banking facilities available at the bank´s branches are all found online as well as some special features so now banking is fast, simple, accessible and secure with control for customers over their finances. The special online features include transferring money between accounts or accessing statements or baying bills online in the form of E-Bills.
How To Log In
Step 1 – If a user wishes to access their online banking they should find the banks Homepage where they need to look for `Online Banking` at the bottom left of the page. Here they can enter their `User ID` and then click `Login`.
Step 1 – If a user can not remember their password they should go to the bank`s homepage and look for `Online Banking` at thee bottom left of the page. Below this is a link `Forgot Password` which they will need to click on.
Step 2 – On the next page they will need to enter their `User ID`, Last Four Digits Of Social Security Number` and Email Address` and then click `Submit`.
If a customer can not remember their user ID they can call the bank for further information on 1(800) 422-3372 or if they prefer they can visit their `Local Branch` to speak to a member of staff.
How To Enroll
Step 1 – If the user wishes to enroll then they will need to go to the bank`s homepage where they should find `Online Banking` at the bottom left of the page. Here there is a link `Sign Up` which they should click on.
Step 2 – Now the user is required to click the link to review the banks terms and conditions and then complete the `Blank Fields`, afterwards clicking `Submit`.
