First (1st) Independence Bank is a Community Development Financial Institution that has three locations in the state of Michigan. Their mission is to meet the needs of customers and to establish a close relationship with the businesses and citizens of the community. Online Banking can be found on the bank’s website which can be accessed through a computer, tablet, and/or mobile device. All you need is an Access ID and Password to view account statements, make bill payments, and transfer money between First Independence accounts.
How to Login
Step 1 – Input your Access ID under the “Online Banking Login” section of the First (1st) Independence Bank Homepage, then click Submit.
Step 2 – You will then arrive at the “Login” page that requires you to enter your password. Provide your Password in the available space, then click Submit.
Forgot Access ID/Password – Contact the customer service telephone line of the bank if you forgot your Access ID and the bank will assist you in the recovery of your ID. Click the Forgot your password? link if you can’t remember your Password, located under the “Online Banking Login” section of the homepage. You will be instructed to give your Access ID, Last 4 Digits of Tax ID Number, and Email Address. Fill in the following and click Submit.
How to Enroll
Step 1 – Go to First (1st) Independence Bank’s Enrollment Page by clicking the “Enroll Personal” link. You will be provided the “First Time User Authentication” form. Fill out the form with your account information and click Submit.
