Exchange Bank since it`s origins has always wanted to provide services that are second to none for individuals and businesses in it`s community. The bank has relied on a trust between it and it`s customers to form a strong foundation to make the bank a success. The bank provides it`s services from 19 branches, 18 of them in Sonoma County and one in Placer County. All of the branches have ATM facilities and there are another 6 ATM`s provided by the bank. Also available is online banking which gives the customers user of any of the bank`s facilities but with the advantage of being able to simply do this by a quick connection to the internet.
How To Log In
Step 1 – If a user wants to login they need to go to the banks Homepage and look for `Secure Account Login` at the top left of the page. Here they need to enter their `Login ID` and `Password` and then click `Go`.
Forgotten User ID/Password
Step 1 – If a user can not remember their login details they need to go to the banks Homepage and look for `Secure Account Login` at the top left of the page. Here they need to click the link `I Need To Reset My Password`.
Step 2 – If the user can not remember their password they now need to enter their `Telephone Number` and `Username` and then click `Send Me A New Password`. If the user can not remember their `Username` they need to click the link `I Forgot My Username`.
Step 3 – The user now needs to enter their `Email Address` and then click `Send`.
How To Enroll
Step 2 – The user now needs to click `Begin`.
Step 3 – The user must now complete the `Blank Fields` and then click `Continue`.
