Community Bank and Trust (CBT) give all of their account holders the choice to bank online. This is easily accessed by any computer or mobile device like smartphones and tablets where ever there is a valid connection to the internet . The services offered are all those which are normally available from the bank`s branch but with special extra features that make every day banking more manageable and suited to the modern financial needs of the customer. Features like being able to receive and pay a bill electronically called an E-Bill or being able to take digital images of checks used and store them securely . Simplicity, accessibility and security all suggest online banking is a smart way to control ones money.
How To Log In
Step 1 – If a user would like to log in to their online account they can go to the bank`s Homepage and look for `Online Banking` in the center of the page. Here they must select the type of account they wish to log in to from the drop down menu and then enter their `Access ID`, finally clicking `Login`.
Forgotten User ID/Password
Step 1 – If the user is not able to find or remember their password they should go to the bank`s homepage and look for `Online Banking` at the center of the page. Below this they need to click on the link `Password Help`.
Step 2 – Now the user is required to enter their `Access ID`, `Last Four Digits Of Tax ID Number`, and `Email Address`. Then they must click `Submit`.
If the user can not remember their access ID they will be required to contact the bank for further assistance. This can be done by calling the telephone number 1 (888) 701-1040 or if they choose the customer can visit their `Local Branch` and speak to an adviser personally.
How To Enroll
Step 1 – A customer who does not already bank online but would like to do so can go to the bank`s homepage and look for `Online Banking` in the center of the page. Below is a link `Enroll Now` which they must click to continue.
Step 2 – The user is now asked review the bank`s terms and conditions and then to complete the `Blank Fields` and then click `Submit`.
Enter the following:
- Social security number/Telephone banking PIN
- Email address
- Account number
