How To Log In
Step 1 – If a user wants to login they need to go to the bank`s Homepage and look for `Online Banking Login` towards the bottom left of the page. Here they need to enter their `Online Banking ID` and then click `Login`.
Forgotten User ID/Password
Step 1 – If a user can not remember their login details they will need to contact the bank. They can call them on 1 (415) 744-6701 or if they want to they can visit their `Bank Branch`.
How To Enroll
Step 1 – If a user wants to enroll they need to go to the bank`s Homepage and click `Login` at the top right of the page. Here a drop down menu will appear and from this the user must click `Enroll`.
Step 2 – The user must now click `I Agree` to show they understand the bank`s terms and conditions`.
Step 3 – The user must now enter their `Social Security Number`, `Account Number` and Email Address` and then click `Continue`.
