One thing the bank realized a demand for was to offer online banking for it`s customers. People saw the need to ahve banking facilities more readily available and with internet banking this is all at the customers fingertips in seconds. Many enhancements exist with online features that make banking convenient and inspirational for managing money in an efficient way.
How To Log In
Step 1 – If a user wants to login they need to go to the bank`s Homepage and look for `Online Banking` towards the top left of the page. Here they need to enter their `Access ID` and `Passcode` and then click `Log On`.
Forgotten User ID/Password
Step 1 -If a user can not remember their passcode they need to go to the bank`s Homepage and look for `Online Banking` towards the top left of the page. Here they need to click the link `Forgot Your Passcode`.
Step 3 – The user is now required to enter their `Access ID`, `Tax ID/Social Security Number` and `Account Number` and then click `Submit`.
If a user can not remember any of their other login details they will need to contact the bank either by telephone on 1 (318) 255-3733 or by visiting their `Bank Branch`.
How To Enroll
Step 2 – The user must now check the box and then click `I Agree` to show they understand the bank`s terms and conditions.
Step 3 – The user is now required to complete the `Blank Fields` and then click `Continue`.
