These services are accessed via any computer or mobile device like a smartphone or tablet where the user has access to the internet . The usual banking services provided by the bank´s branches are all available online but online banking enhances these my making them easy, fast and secure to use. Now customers are able to digitally save the images of the checks for later reference, check statements in just a few seconds or use ´E-bills which arrive to your online account electronically.
How To Log In
Step 1 – If users need access to their online accounts they should look for the bank´s Homepage and they will see ´Secure Online Banking´ at the bottom left of the page. Here they are required to enter their ´Net Teller ID´ and then click ´Submit´.
Forgotten User ID/Password
Step 1 – if a user can not remember their login details they need to contact the bank for further assistance, they can do this by ´Telephone´.
Step 2 – If they would like to speak to a member of staff about this they can visit their ´Local Branch´.
How To Enroll
Step 1 – If a customer would like to enroll they should look for the bank´s Homepage and they will see ´Secure Online Banking´ at the bottom left of the page. Here they are required to click on ´Enroll´.
Step 2 – On the next page the user will have to click ´I Agree´ to the bank´s terms and conditions.
Step 3 – Now the user must enter their ´Social Security Number´, ´Account Number´ and ´Email Address´ and then click ´Continue´.
