How To Log In
Step 1 – If a customer wants to log in to their online banking they can go to the bank´s Homepage where they need to look for ´Online Banking´ which is at the top left side of the page. Here the user must enter their ´User ID´ and then click on ´Login´.
Forgotten User ID/Password
Often users forget or lose their login details. If this is the case then they should contact the bank to discuss this. This can be done by telephone on 1 (800) 240-8190 or the customer can visit their ´Local Branch ´ to speak to someone from the bank.
How To Enroll
Step 1 – If a user would like to have an online banking facility they will need to enroll. To do this they should go to the bank´s homepage and look for ´Online Banking´ at the top left of the page. Just below they should click on the link ´Enroll´.
Step 2 – Next the user will see the bank´s terms and conditions. They should scroll to the bottom of the page and click ´I Agree´ to continue with enrollment.
Step 3 – On the final page the user is required to enter their ´Account Type´, ´Social Security Number´, ´Account Number´ and ´Email Address´. Then they need to click ´Continue´.
